Pavlos Zeccos is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited, with over 35 years of international experience in valuation and consulting. Since 1998, he has led the firm’s valuation and advisory activities across multiple sectors, including real estate, retail, industrial, telecommunications, aviation, ports & marinas, healthcare, energy, hospitality, and infrastructure.

Pavlos has overseen complex assignments for Greek public authorities, private enterprises, financial institutions, and international organizations, including EU investment programs, NPL valuations, asset and business valuations for M&A, financing, privatizations, and expert opinions. Is an economist and Chartered Valuation Surveyor, Member of the RICS, The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), and certified Valuer registered with the Hellenic Ministry of Finance. Pavlos holds an MSc in Business and Finance.

Niki Sabazioti is a Partner in Valuations and Head of Project Quality Assurance (ISO) at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited, with over 25 years of experience in valuation. Since 2000, she has overseen valuation projects ensuring compliance with ISO quality standards, covering real estate, machinery, and diverse asset classes. Niki has led multidisciplinary assignments supporting investment, financing, and reporting requirements.

She holds studies in Computerized Accounting and Technical Transactions, a certificate in Real Estate Appraisal, and is an IPMA® Level D Project Management Associate.

Lefkothea Lioliou is a Real Estate Partner at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited with 19 years of experience. She specializes in complex assignments requiring urban planning, development, and investment analysis, providing advisory services for real estate and business valuations, technical assessments, and feasibility studies.

Lefkothea holds an MArch and an MBA, is REV certified, and a certified Valuer registered with the Hellenic Ministry of Finance.

Evi Gkinati is a Partner at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited with 18 years of experience in real estate and machinery & equipment valuations. She provides valuation and advisory services supporting asset development, optimization, and investment planning in Greece and abroad.

Evi holds a Master’s in Economic and Regional Development, MSc in Spatial Planning, and a bachelor’s in Geography, and she is a REV Expert Valuer (Real Estate) and Valuer M&E.

Efpraxia Brantitsa is a Senior Consultant at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited with 8 years of experience specializing in real estate valuations. She leads valuation assignments, performing on-site inspections, market research, and data analysis.

Efpraxia holds an MSc in Design and Construction Project Management and is a certified REV Valuer.

Michalis Vasileiou is a Senior Consultant at American Appraisal (Hellas) Michalis Vasileiou is a Senior Consultant at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited with 7 years of experience in real estate and plant & machinery valuations. He participates in projects as a team leader or member, undertaking valuation exercises, reviewing reports, and assessing installation.

Michalis holds a postgraduate diploma in Environment and Development and is a certified Valuer registered with the Hellenic Ministry of Finance.

Martha Tsami is a Consultant at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited with 6 years of experience in real estate valuations. She undertakes valuations and prepares detailed reports, conducting thorough analyses to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Martha holds an MSc and is a certified Valuer.

Marianna Spyrakou is an Analyst at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited with 1.5 years of experience in real estate valuations. She conducts market research and collects comparable data to support valuation projects.

Marianna holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Konstantina Paschou is a Junior Analyst at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited. She supports the real estate valuation group in report preparation and market research.

Konstantina holds an integrated master’s degree in Production and Management Engineering.

Eleni Antonopoulou is an Accountant at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited, with 9 years of experience. She manages daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and organized accounting records.

Eleni holds a degree in Economics.

Theano Korda is an Administration Assistant at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited with 6 years of professional experience. She supports daily administrative operations, managing correspondence, records, proofreading, and assisting project teams.

She holds a degree in Turkish and Asian Studies and ECDL, LRN, and Greek–English Translation certifications.

Olga Anton is responsible for the Digital Marketing at American Appraisal (Hellas) Limited. She develops and executes online strategies, producing content that showcases the company’s expertise and helps clients understand the value of its services.

Olga holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media and Culture.
